Q: How do I cancel an appointment?
A: Please call us at 763-263-7300 as soon as possible when you need to cancel and reschedule your appointment.
Q: What do I need to bring to my appointment?
A: For your appointment, you will need your insurance card, insurance co-pay and a list of your current medications.
Q: How do I get my medications refilled?
A: Please request refills through your pharmacy who will then contact the clinic to request the refill for you.
Q: What insurance plans does CentraCare Clinic - Big Lake accept?
A: CentraCare Clinic - Big Lake accepts many insurance plans. We encourage you to contact your insurance company prior to scheduling your appointment to ensure Big Lake Clinic is in your insurance network. Most insurance claims are filed for you by the clinic with your written authorization.
Q: What if I need After Hours Care
(urgent care/emergency care)?
A: If your health care need is emergent, please call 911 or go to the hospital of your choice. After hours phone calls will be directed to the answering service who will contact a provider as needed.
