Big Lake Clinic is a partnership between New River Medical Center and CentraCare Health System. The skilled and caring providers and staff at Big Lake Clinic provide health care for every member of the family.

Our clinic is located just off Highway 10 at 16830 198th Avenue NW between Big Lake and Elk River, Minnesota in the Big Lake Marketplace.

Clinic Hours:
Monday & Friday 8 a.m.-5 p.m.
Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursdays 8 a.m.-7 p.m.

Holiday Hours:
Closed on Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day
Closed Thanksgiving day;
(Open regular hours day after Thanksgiving)
Christmas Eve Open 8 am-12 noon;
Closed Christmas Day
New Years Eve Day Open 8 am-5 pm;
Closed New Years Day.
